    Why onions! ( Makò)

Ones upon a time there was a peasant’s family very poor. They have got a little piece of lend where they grow a variety ripe of very high quality with luxuriant foliage.

One day the father and the son decide to plow the land.

It’s lunch time, but in their brown bags there are only three poor onions.

Oh my God! They are very bitter!!

Unfortunately, because they are poor, this will be their dinner, too.

Once there was a bunch of ripe, red grapes hanging from a healthy vine with bright green leaves hanging by its side. Along came tow farmers singing happily as they made their play to plough. The first farmer stood deep in thought thinking " No I really don't want any bread today instead i'll just onions into my brown bag!" So he dug deeply into his bag, took out an onion and bit into it but was disappointed when it turned out to be sour. The poor farmer walked home tired and hungry but there was only a small dinner for him to eat as there was no money left to buy food- poor farmer!!

Once upon a time there were some farmers who cultivated the vine. The
leaves of the vine were curly. The farmers were poor, so they couldn't
afford a loaf of bread. They had only onions for dinner in their leather
bags. Unfortunately, the onions were too bitter.

Adam ŚREDNICKI, klasa VI B (Sunday, 12 June 2011 22:00)

Long ago there was a certain farmer. He had a barren land. With difficulty he could to cultivate it. Often, he lacked bread. He lived poorly. His financial situation was very difficult because he was a poor man. On the table, he always lacked food. Sometimes he stayed just bitter onions. Looked with envy at the rich neighbor, who had a beautiful plantation of grapes. He admired the beautiful green leaves of the grapes, and large juicy fruit. The grapes were red and juicy. The farmer decided to plant the same number of grapes in his garden that was consolation in poverty. Since that time he lived better.

There was a man in a beautiful contry who possesed a field. He ploughed this field with his son. Unfortunately, the crop was too small this year to produce enough bread. They had some onions in the bag, but they were too bitter. They also had few grapes so a hunger appeared here. Their situation is very difficult because they are poor
